Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! For international orders, please send your full shipping address and complete order to [email protected]. Our customer service team will get back to you with a quote and send you a Paypal invoice where you can make a secure payment. International orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive once payment is received. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.
Canadian orders may be placed on our website and will ship for a flat rate of $19.95 USD.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team at 210-408-2800 or [email protected] and we will happily assist you.

How do I make changes to my subscription order?

You may cancel your subscription at any time through "My Account". For all other changes, please contact our customer service department at 210-408-2800 or [email protected].

Where can I find the expiration date on my product?

At Mother Earth Labs we believe freshness is more important than shelf life so we always print the manufacturing date (MFD) on the bottom of each bottle. For our liquid and powder products, we recommend using them within 1 year of the MFD or within 6 months of opening. For our capsule products, we recommend using them within 2 years of the MFD and within 6 months of opening.

Do you test your products for Heavy Metals?
